   for a trainer to work.
   Make sure you disable it while playing or it could stop the trainer

   After enabling this option you need to complete one customers order.
   Then you only need to complete the level with any result.
   
   F3 - Max Customer Patience
   ==========================
   All customers will have infinite patience.
   
   F4 - Max Rank
   =============
   Enable this option in the 'Story Mode' or 'Expert Mode' map to see
   the effect.
   Disable the option after you have used it.
   
   F5 - Infinite Challenge Mode Time
   =================================
   You will get infinite time for the challenge mode.
   
   F6 - Instant Helper Machine
   ===========================
   Instantly makes your helper machine available for use.
   
   F7 - Get Highest Relax Mode Award
   =================================
   Enable this option in the main menu and enter the 'Relax Mode' screen
   to see the effect.
   Disable the option after you have used it.
   
   F8 - Instant Preparation of Food
   ================================
   This option will make all the food machines - except the toaster - to
   prepare the food instantly, when you put the food into the machines.
   
   
   Install Notes

   2. Run the trainer from any directory
   3. Launch the game
   4. Toggle desired Options on/off
