    Summary

UTBinder is a program that has the possibility to edit the user.ini and 
ut2003.ini of Unreal Tournament 2003. For a list of features look further 
on in this document. Its totally FreeWare.

Because my clanmembers always were whining about the binding of the 
keys and taunts I decided to make a program that could do the job. 

Its totally written in Delphi 6.

It all started somewhere in november 2001, where i wrote this program 
to interact with Unreal Tournament 1. But now Unreal Tournament 2003 is 
(almost) out, i couldnt resisted to do the same for this new game. 
UTBinder2.01 is nothing compared to this new version! :)

   Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Unzip the files to any folder you want.
Open UTBinder2003.exe.
Select the Main Unreal tournament 2003 dir and press okay (UTBinder 2003 
already tries to find the right directory)

See the menu on the topside for options, and see the tabs for the 
different settings

* BEWARE: you have to close Unreal Tournament 2003 before you 
can save the changes !*

Finished the biggest part. almost ready to release version 1.0

Started to work on UTBinder2003.

** 03-04-2002 **
Fixed a minor bug. There was a problem with the autoswitchweapon 
setting. Thanks to .... <- i am sorry, i deleted the mail.. mail me again 
to get the fame ;)

** 07-02-2002 **
Finished the work on the UTBinder 2 and released it

** 03-02-2002 **
Started to work on a bigger UTBinder with a lot more options and settings

** 11-12-2001 **
Released version 1.2
on request of Blòódy-SaVaGe I made a save as dialog,
i also added an extra feature: open a unreal user ini file.

** 20-11-2001 **
Released version 1.1
on request of Blòódy-SaVaGe I made a backup ini file button.

** Somewhere on a saturday in november - 2001 **
Released version 1.0
In 1 day i wrote almost the whole program.
